The Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS) is a one-year residential program (divided into two semesters) offered through Indian Merchant Navy Careers, approved by Indian Maritime University (IMU) and the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. This program is designed to prepare cadets for a professional career in the deck department of Merchant Navy ships.
